- Cash – in person at our office
- Debit – in person at our office
- Cheque or Money Order – bring your cheque and remittance portion of your invoice to our office or submit by mail.
- Credit Card – annual or quarterly – speak to your agent to set up payment automatically, pay in person at our office, or please click here to print out our pre-authorized credit card Form, complete it and email, fax or mail to the office.
