Covid-19 Update

Thank you for your continued business and support.

As a valued policyholder, we want to share with you the actions we have taken to protect our employees and ensure you that we have business continuity plans in place to deliver uninterrupted service and support as we navigate through the COVID-19 virus.

The Annual General Meeting for March 30th is cancelled and will be rescheduled at a later date.

As extra precautionary measures, the following is now in effect:​

  • We are asking that all visits to the office be restricted. Please call our 1-800-422-3996 or 519-235-0350, and your call will be answered promptly.​
  • All employees except a small core of staff are working from home. All employees have the ability to work from home so service levels will not be compromised and we will continue to provide optimum levels of service.
  • If you have an upcoming appointment with anyone of our team members in the coming days, please call our office to reschedule your appointment.  ​
  • Should you have an emergency situation that requires a face-to-face discussion with one of our staff members, be advised of the additional reasonable and measurable responses that have been taken to keep our office environment safe:​
  • Please use hand sanitizer upon entry to the office;
  • Increased frequency of sanitation processes for all office areas;​
  • Introduced sanitization protocols to all touchpoints including, but not limited to, door handles, desks​;
  • Cancelled all travel to meetings​ and all face to face non-essential meetings.

We have a robust business continuity plan and are confident that should our office be compromised we will continue to provide consistent service and support to our policyholders.
